 Comment

Between October and November 2012, the turbine foundations were poured. Delivery of the turbines commenced in December 2012 and the project was commissioned in March 2013.

The constructed wind farm will consist of 6 wind turbines, a permanent anemometry mast, a substation building and compound, a temporary construction area, site tracks and associated cabling. A planning application and Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) was lodged with Planning Service in February 2006. Following consultation with a number of statutory and non-statutory bodies, the application was granted planning permission in February 2010. Between October and November 2012, the turbine foundations were poured. Delivery of the turbines commenced in December 2012.
